❖ WAND: Erinyes' wand chose her after several hours of trying wand after wand after wand. Ollivander very nearly ignored the dust-covered box due to the strange mix of wood and core, but after another failed attempt he decided to give it a shot. Alder trees 'bleed' which make most wandmakers wary and Augreys have long been seen as 'tellers of death.' However Alder wood invokes balance and Augrey feathers make good wands for Divinations. Coupled with Doxy wings (which have long been known for their cruel magic and skill at mastering darker spells); Erin's wand is as complex and subtle as she is. It has a springy nature, and is very reliable.

❖ LIKES: wales, pain, blood, knives, control, mind games, divination, her father and brother, her friends, adrenaline, excitement, figuring out what makes people tick, invoking emotion, decadence, desserts, wine , death, birds and spiders, curses, literature, language, philosophy, art, sex, making people nervous, corsetry, baroque music, and the violin.
❖ DISLIKES: fur (she's allergic), poor hygiene, germany, pickle, gin, weakness, 'good' people, innocents, the hopelessly romantic, sushi, muggles and their like, drunken slobs, stupidity, lack of common sense, rats, her mother, boredom, restlessness, spite, failure.
❖ BOGGART: Herself: old and ugly.
❖ AMORTENTIA: Musk. Spring Air. Burning Wood.
❖ PERSONALITY: Erinyes is poised, polished, suave, well read, well bred, and excruciatingly polite and correct in everything she does - the perfect gentry of the magical world. It was bred into her by not only her (useless) parents, but by her Governess, Higgins, who is still with her family today. Erinyes is your stereotypical pure-blooded, socialite 'lady.' She is repressed, stiff. And not just because she wears corsets. She's been highly trained to be a snob. Etiquette and a desire for control have been shoved down her throat since she was a small child.
She never got to be a child. And she doesn't realise how wrong that was. She's austere. Somewhat condescending. Way too proper. And with a bit of an obsessive nature. Her ambition never falters once she sets her heart on something. She's a cold bitch to most, hot as fire to a few. And there is no room for change. Erinyes was molded like clay. She's never worked a day in her life and everything's been handed to her. She despises and, to a point, fears anything that disrupts who she is and what she knows.
She also rather enjoys stepping on people lower than her, and has yet to fully get over that rather childish delight. She is also the sort who does not let those around her witness any but a few, very carefully, selected emotions. She is a very controlled individual, and wears a mask of cold indifference to all save for those close to her heart, or those unfortunate enough to make an enemy of her.
Then there is the fire in Erinyes that goes against her breeding. She is extremely sado-masochistic, and strong. She despises weakness and refuses to let any kind rule her. She delights in making people nervous, using people for her own amusement, and pushing social boundaries (though usually in an alternative way through her fetishes and desires). She is passionate, determined, head strong, and spoiled. She has never been told no, never been rejected, and never plans to be. She delights in murder and torture mostly for the power of being in control of someone's life.
